Open your Super App and go to the home page. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Navigate to the menu in the upper left corner
Next, select 'Account Details.'
Scroll down to the 'Super+ membership details' section, where you'll find the option to cancel on the next page at the bottom.
With just a simple click, you will be directed to our exit survey. This is where you can make your final decision to either confirm your cancellation or choose to stay with Super+.
