How do I relink my bank account? ("Account Connect Lost")

If you encounter errors such as "Account Connect Lost", "Account Too Stale", or "Account Disconnected",  please follow the steps outlined below.


  1. In your Super Pay account, select “Link New Funding Source

  2. Select “Link New Account

  3. Select “Link a Bank Account

  4. Click on"Review" under Bank connections

  5. The account that will require relinking will show "Reconnect" or "Connect Fix"

  6. Enter your login details again to refresh the connection

  7. Please ensure that you have also checked the consent box
