To learn about the cancellation policy of your booking, you can find those details at the bottom of your Confirmation Page that was sent to you once you completed your booking.
If your booking is refundable, there are two ways you can cancel your booking.
1. Clicking on the cancellation option on your booking confirmation page (found in your email or in your booking page, linked here)
2. Messaging us the word “cancel" through the medium (Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger) you used to place your original booking
If your booking is non-refundable or the refund-by-date has passed, you will not be able to cancel and get a refund. These bookings are under a non-refundable and non-amendable contract with our travel partners. For this reason, we do not recommend booking non-refundable rates if it's possible that your plans may change.
