As soon as your reservation is confirmed with Snaptravel, we pass along your information to the hotel. However, there may be a delay before this information makes it into the hotel's central reservation system.


In most cases, the reservation will appear in the hotel’s system within 2-3 business days. Sometimes, it may take longer than this (3-5+ business days), especially if your check-in date is further out. This is because many hotels process reservations as the check-in dates approach. In rare cases, the hotel may not have your reservation in their system until the day you check-in.


For same day or bookings made within 24 hours of the check-in date, we expedite your reservation details to ensure they are entered into the hotel’s system before you arrive. Despite this, it can still take a few hours between making the reservation online and having it appear in the hotel’s system.
