1. If your booking is refundable and you want to cancel, we recommend that you cancel within the cancellation policy. Please do so while your refund is guaranteed, as it is the easiest and fastest option. For instructions on how to cancel, click here.
2. If your booking is non-refundable or the cancellation date has passed, please submit a cancellation request via our feedback form here so we can work on getting you refunded in credits. If you are trying to check in at the hotel and it is closed, please follow our Urgent Care protocol, linked here.
