Snaptravel is a 3rd party booking company that sources rates from a number of suppliers to save our customers money. Therefore, to get compensation for our customers, we need to get approval from our travel partner. This negotiation is still necessary even with hotel approval, as our travel partners have different cancellation policies. While we do our best to negotiate, some travel partners may reject our cancellation request and charge Snaptravel for your booking. In these rare circumstances, Snaptravel is unable to grant a refund.
