How do Surveys work?
Think of surveys on the Super app as a delightful way to boost your credits! Whether you're in transit or just relaxing, these surveys offer a chance to earn credits. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Open the Super app and head to the 'Earn' section and enter 'Surveys'.
- Set up your survey account - it's quick and easy. Make sure you are not using a VPN - otherwise, Surveys won't work for you.
- Choose a survey that matches your interests and available time.
- Complete the survey, and voila! Your earned credits will be added to your Super wallet, ready to be used for your next travel adventure or to offset expenses on your Super Card.

- Tap the 3-line menu icon, commonly found in the top right corner.
- Here, in the 'Help' section, you'll find many answers to common queries or you can submit a support request for more specific concerns.
