How to Submit Missing Credit Documentation

We've compiled some helpful information to guide you when reaching out to our partners, Bitlabs and Aye-T, for support.


Bitlabs suggests waiting at least 59 minutes before opening a ticket, while Aye-T recommends waiting anywhere from 24 to 100 hours. Below, you'll find their respective support forms for quick access to assistance.


As you experience any missing credits in your payout after completing an offer, please allow up to 2 days for the credits to arrive in your Super.com account. Some offers may take up to 30 days to be deposited, so be sure to carefully read the description on the offer detail page.


If the waiting time has passed without receiving the reward, contact our offer providers directly for the best support. Instructions on how to contact our partners can be found in this this articlePlease allow our offer providers up to 5 business days to respond to your inquiries. If you don’t hear back from them within this time frame, or if their resolution is not satisfactory, you can contact us for support.


To ensure prompt investigation of your request, please submit both of the following documents:

  1. Screenshot of the offer that you have missing credits 

  2. Evidence that you have completed the offer 

    1. If the offer requires you to purchase a product or service: Include a screenshot of the confirmation email, billing invoice, or welcome email received upon completion.

    2. If the offer requires you to complete an action or a level within a game: Provide screenshots showing that you have completed the action or game level

    3. If the offer requires you to download an app: Run the app for at least 2 minutes and provide a screenshot of it running on your device.
