How can I pay my Cash advance back?

Your account is set up so that your cash advance will be repaid automatically though you can opt out of auto payment. If you haven’t opted out of auto repayment, the funds are removed from your Super deposit account on the day the funds are due. If there are insufficient funds in your Super deposit account, a repayment will be initiated from your linked funding source

 

When is my Cash Advance due?

The due date is automatically calculated by the system based on the underwriting rules we run on your linked accounts. It can range between 3 and 8 days after the advance is taken.

 

How do I check when my Cash Advance is due?

  1. In the Super.com app, navigate to 'Cash Advance' on the Quick Actions bar.
  2. From there, you will be able to view the Amount and Due Date of the Cash Advance.

 

How do I opt out of or back into automatic repayment for my Cash Advance?

If you would like to opt out of automatic repayment for your cash advance, please give us a call at +1 (844) 461-2577. We’re here to help Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM ET. If it is within 3 business days of the due date, you will not be able to opt out of the current repayment cycle.


Paying Your Cash Advance Early:

If you find yourself in a position to pay off your cash advance earlier than expected, you're welcome to do so at any time. There are no penalties or fees for early repayment. Simply make a payment for the outstanding balance when it suits you.

 

Which account will the Cash Advance repayment be initiated from?

The cash advance will first be initiated from your Super deposit account.

If there are insufficient funds in your Super Deposit account, a repayment will be drawn from your linked debit card.

If there is no linked debit card or insufficient funds in the linked debit card, a repayment will be drawn from your linked bank account.


What happens if I do not repay my Cash Advance?

If you do not have sufficient funds in your Super deposit account to repay your cash advance, the funds will be withdrawn from your linked funding source.


There are no late fees associated with the Cash Advance.
