To view your cash advance history, please go into the Super.com app. Then, navigate to ‘View More’, then select ‘Cash Advance’.
Can I opt out of the cash advance program entirely?
Absolutely, a cash advance is completely optional and available to select Super Pay customers and you don’t need to use it if you don’t feel that you need it!
I already paid my cash advance back. Why can't I close my Super Pay account?
Your cash advance repayment may take a couple of days to settle on our end. We are unable to close your Super deposit account if there are any pending transactions.
